Description
QDMuX - 24 Channel DMX to 0-10V dc analogue demultiplexerThe QDMuX provides a remarkably-priced 24 channels of DMX to analogue decoding in a one unit rack-mount exterior. It is also a convenient interface between standards, the DMX line being connected through 5-pin XLR's to the front or 3-pin XLR's to the rear. Analogue outputs are in six channel groups on the front face and four channel on the rear.
The front panel alpha-numeric display shows the DMX start address, which may be set anywhere in the data chain, plus the current status of the programming options. In the event that a DMX line failure is detected you can opt for a total blackout, to hold the last input or to recall a previously stored scene.
Using the display in conjunction with the 24 output monitor LED's you can quickly verify whether a signal is being received and at what address.
